I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with offices in Bel Air, Maryland, with 20 years experience in professional practice. I provide mental health counseling for adults, children through age 14, families, and couples.
My goal is to provide you with compassionate, sensitive, individualized, and appropriate counseling so that you can utilize your full potential in your personal, social, and professional life. Because you are unique in personality, life experience, and potential, I strive to help you find and utilize your own special strengths, coping skills, and abilities, so that you can discover the joy, peace, and fulfillment that your life is meant to have. I believe in working collaboratively with each person, meaning that your
input and active participation are invaluable to finding your own unique path to recovery.
I believe you have the answers to your own life challenges, but that life events, stress, tragedy, illness, or other factors, at times, interfere and block the ability for you to find the answers you are needing. As I counselor I will work with you to help you remove those blocks and come back to, and/or enhance, your true potential.
