Stress Reduction
Quick De-Stress Tips:
1) Decide what is most important
2) Decide what you can do something about
3) Prioritize-do the most important thing/s first
4) Let go of the tasks, concerns, stresses that you can’t do anything about
5) Have faith in yourself (and/or your higher spiritual power to get you through the rough spots)
6) Now allow yourself to relax. Take 5 breaths, gradually making them deeper.
7) With each breath, as you exhale, let out all the stress.
8) Let go of any pertfectionistic thinking or unrealistic demands you are making on yourself
9) Focus only on what is important
10) Know that you will start to feel relief as soon as you begin to let yourself relax and let go of excess stress
